This course provides a comprehensive understanding of leading with a people-centric approach while ensuring high productivity – two essential elements of ensuring business success (profit) and sustainability (lower staff turnover and increased morale, wellness and engagement).

Session 2: Wellness Driven leadership

Session 3: Designing your People First Blueprint
